Anonymous asked: I'm Asian, and I was dating a guy who is white, and he told me that he "wouldn't want to have sons with me, only daughters, because I think Asian guys are ugly." He also repeatedly told me "Asian guys are gay" and once told me eating tofu is gay. My Asian friends said it was definitely racist but some of my white friends said that the first statement was merely "an aesthetic choice." Racist or not?

This was my reaction when I saw the Oceanic billboard in the background on Flash Forward:
“WHAT?! But if you say that Oceanic exists in this world, then that means it’s the same universe as Lost. Which means a) somewhere else in this world, there are people stranded on an island and b) everyone stranded on that island also had a flash to the future. If these two shows don’t dovetail, I AM GOING TO BE SO ANGRY. Otherwise it’s just a cheap marketing ploy! And then it’s just like St. Elsewhere and 90% of television took place in an autistic boy’s snowglobe!”
This was my mom’s repsonse: “I realized Lost sucked halfway through season one.”
